One of the fun things about having trolls in my facebook group is that I get the sly talking points without having to watch Fox. The latest and greatest is that the rich paid more taxes under Bush even after the tax cuts.
Did you know that after the "W" Bush tax cuts, that the amount of taxes paid by the rich actually increased? -- that the portion of income taxes paid by the Rich also increased?
Did you know that under "W" Bush that the national debt as a percentage of GDP (the metric that really matters) stayed below the peak under Clinton and the rate of growth was slowing until the Democrats took control of Congress after the 2006 elections.
It is starting to look like there is real history and then there is Democrat history. Don't be fooled by the DNC talking points, get the facts.
